Burp-days!!!

birthdays are something to look forward in every year and the eagerness never stops especially when one
is young...

moms almost always want their kids to have a grand and memorable first birthdays of their children...

rico's 1st bday

kids count days in anticipation of a great gift from mom and dad when their BIG day comes...

my youngest rj's 4th

as one gets older and reaches 7 years old,  parents prepare for a theme party of their kids as children of  this stage have identified their "heroes"

niece ien's 7th bday w hanna montana theme

debutants would celebrate this day as their day of "independence" . a very big deal to celebrate as she would be accepted by the society and... i think that's universal!

but at 44.....age just becomes a number : (

i just thought about this as last saturday when i attended two birthday parties.

in the afternoon, we attended the
first birthday of samantha , her mom Johanna is a friend.

i wonder how much time and energy she spent on this celebration.

Wanlu's Show

my kids feasted on hotdogs, pizzas, fries...while i enjoyed adult foods served.

"With all our love and best wishes on your first birthday Samantha!"

then we went to the debut of my "inaanak"...john patrick...

her mom...my sister mafe prepared a surprise party .

jopat w her mom

she said they should be celebrating as he is still single at this time!!

i couldnt believe jopat is already 21! how time flies.

young jopat at the center w cousins

"May God continue to bless your life and give you the desires of your heart!"

Birthdays are really burp-days . It's one celebration that I  should not miss..the fun, foods and bonding with family & friends.

  1. Indeed, Avic!!! I remember when my son was still younger (grade school) , I always prepared for his birthday and everyone around us, looked forward to it.
But even now, we continue to be excited with birthdays especially when we brew surprises during the celebrations!
