Globetrotter

Travelling every month for the past 7 months was something I did not plan, but that just happened.
At my age, I discovered and realized that travelling is an exercise of fulfillment and is self-redeeming.

I created this blog so memories of my adventures would be documented so I have something to look back when I'm old and unable to travel.

November 2015  New York for the Marathon with husband Ricky. My second time in Big Apple.

Took chance to watch 2 plays ..An American in Paris and Les Miserables and visited some art museum.

Yes...it satisfies your cravings for adventure...the euphoria of being in a place apart from your habitat, and the overwhelming, once in a lifetime experience.

December 2015 Birthday and Christmas break with my family in Seoul Korea.

January 2016 Hongkong Marathon with my daughter Nica and ran with my bff Annie.

I must admit that there's ecstacy (excuse me for using the word!) that I'm swooning with joy everytime I travel
...and for that I'd rather be called globe-trotter!

February 2016 Bonding with my mom and sisters in Bangkok Thailand.

My mom and I doing what we love best....shopping for plants. Hers cactus...mine cycads.

March 2016 Continuing Medical Education (CME) in Melbourne Australia with OB colleagues.

April 2016 Convention and bonding with my BFF Gigi  and Glo in Jakarta Indonesia.

On a deeper level, travelling becomes a journey when you ponder these experiences into your being...into your life.

June 2016 European Experience with family and friends.
Italy and its cities...Rome,

Vatican City,

Florence,

Venice,

and Tuscany with its Leaning Tower of Pisa.

Rhine River, Switzerland

Lucerne, Switzerland

Engelberg, Switzerland

Moreover, travelling with your love ones make a lot of difference.  Afterall, life is a journey.

Insbruck Austria

and last destination...Paris France.

Adapting yourself to different cultures and places, meeting people of diverse ideologies and perspectives, being acclimatized with their existence....
all of which creates a profound understanding of how the world works.

Different places, different culture... each one unique on their own.
Looking back...its quite tiring and budget constricting.
But the memories are priceless and lasts a lifetime.
